Before I start talking about my first giveaway- lets do a little recap of the day shall we? Usually after every tuesday I feel completely overwhelmed and stressed out. but not today. I am not really sure why either. Maybe because I actually did not mess up in microbiology lab for once. haha.
anyway… I went running after lab- 4 miles- nice and easy- 8:12/mi average. It was a nice run- enjoyed it mucho! I had every intention of going to the 6:30 yoga class at my gym but I decided to go to Starbucks to get some tea and study instead. I have a lot of work to do tonight (trying to get to bed early so I can run 8 miles tomorrow before class!). I figure I can always do my yoga dvd one morning before class- have not done that in awhile!!
I came home and heated up some of my Vegetarian Black Bean Chili with Bulgar- topped with avocado and baked blue chips 😉
okay…onto….
THE GIVEAWAY!!!!
Katie- a PR representative from Pond’s was kind enough to allow me to do a giveaway! The package includes: Nantucket Cosmetic bag, Gaiam Water Bottle, Pond’s Wet Towelettes, and a workout towel!
I won this from Ashley’s Blog a few weeks ago and let me tell you- you want to win this giveaway! I have not tried out the workout towel yet but the towelettes are AMAZING and so is the cosmetic bag and water bottle. It is perfect for post-workouts. On my saturday long run this past weekend I brought along the towelettes, bottle, and cosmetic bag to use post-run. it worked out perfectly!!
So here is how you enter:
(1) leave a comment saying why you want to win this giveaway
(2) also list your favorite fall recipe (this is just for fun because I am curious! haha)
(3) link back to this giveaway on your blog (if you have one that is) and leave another comment on my blog to tell me that you did so! that way you have a greater chance of winning!!!
Giveaway ends on sunday! so get your comments in!!!
time to go into the lab to study for the lab practical tomorrow! waking up early for my 8 miler in the morning….have a nice night!!!

p.s. thank you for all of your pumpkin and ricotta suggestions! I wish I had the tools to make some good pizza here because ricotta and pizza sounds AWESOME. I guess I could try it but I am not sure how it will turn out. I guess I am spoiled from having a pizza stone and grill back at home! anyway….I really would like to try a pumpkin breakfast cookie, ricotta with honey and fruit, and ricotta, egg and tomato on toast 😉 any other ideas?
