- 1/3 C oats
- 2/3 C water
- 1/2 T chia seeds
- sliced banana (added at the beginning- and whipped with a wooden spoon while cooking)
- 1/4 c ricotta cheese (added in at the end)
- Almond Butter to top
LOVED IT!! this was so creamy, fluffy, and delicioussss. Definitely going to making this again. and this is a perfect way to use up some extra ricotta that I always seem to have lying around!
