I know alot of you make overnight oats and I have always been curious about it- and then I saw that mamaweeds had made a post about them- and her pictures looked SO good- and so I decided to give it a go. I love it so so much! so nice and creamy and perfect for those hot summer months- or actually any day! I am going to try different combos and as I try them I will add them to this page 🙂
(1) The classic combo
Step 1: Combine 1/2 C oats (uncooked), 1/2 Unsweetened Vanilla almond milk,1/4 C plain chobani yogurt, and medjool dates (3) (or raisins)
***note*** if you use unsweetened milk, use vanilla yogurt, vice versa
Step 2: cover with plastic wrap and place the bowl in the fridge overnight.
Step 3: in the morning…add sliced banana, flax, and cinnamon…and E-N-J-O-Y-
(2) Pumpkin!

1/2 C pumpkin

1/4 C plain FF yogurt
3 medjool dates
(soak the above overnight)
