my sister introduced me to a new smoothie at our favorite cafe back at home- animo juice cafe. It is called chocolate thunder (she actually likes the vanilla version of this smoothie better- called white lightening).
Anyways…I love this smoothie so so much! It’s almost like a chocolate milkshake and is PERFECT for some post-run fuel. I loved running/lifting in the morning and then making this shake afterwards. It’s also good for breakfast on any old day- I had it this morning in fact!
- frozen banana
- chocolate why (or soy) protein powder (I used whole foods brand)
- chocolate soy milk
- Peanut Butter
