hey hey! little recap action here… saturday night my roommates: Kelly, becky, and I went to see the comedian from The Hangover-Zach Galifianakis…. it was the shortest show I have ever been to but he was really funny! We went over with a few of our guy friends- very fun time! My other roommates: Anne, Mckay, and Court stayed home and decided to go “out on the town” (haha I am a dork) so I drove them over to other side of campus where they were going to pregame. Kelly, Becky, and I decided to stay home and watch a movie, drink tea, eat chocolate (Newman’s Own extreme dark chocolate is vera good by the way), and be losers. We put in Seventeen Again and about half way through I called it a night. I was not feeling 100% and wanted to get a good night’s rest. Sunday I was able to sleep in and I had EVERY intention of sleeping in until a good 9:00, 9:30, or even 10:00 but instead I woke up nice and early at 7:30. Oh well! I felt rested and very good! I sat down with my bowl of overnight oats and cup of tea and skyped my friend Joe (who is studying abroad in Australia right now). It was good to catch up with him…i miss him mucho
Overnight Oats: 1/2 C oats, 1/2 C unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/4 C plain chobani, 4 chopped dates, banana, cinnamon (forgot the flax!)
one word to describe sunday? PRODUCTIVE. oh yeah. I go to work on my calculus homework, called my friend Larry to come over and work on Physics together, emailed a couple of teachers, studied up on some microbio, and ate tons of food (oh well- it happens haha). At around 6:30 I headed over to the gym to teach my FIRST SPINNING CLASS OF THE SEMESTER! I chose the playlist “Welcome to the World” .
I rushed on home, hoped in the shower, got ready to go out for Anne’s 21st birthday, shoveled some of leftovers from last night’s dinner- chicken Souvlaki into my mouth, and headed across campus to Anne’s sister’s (cathy) apartment 😉 We went to a bar called murphy’s after we left Cathy’s apartment. Overall, very good time! Like usual, here are some pictures of the night:

and Now…it is Monday morning! I have physics class @ 9, Calculus @ 11, and Substance Abuse @ 12… light day thank goodness!!! tonight I am meeting with some physics kids to do problems and meeting with my friend julie to do calc problems (fun, eh?). This morning, I decided on a green monster for breakfast:
spinach, 1 c unsweetened vanilla almond milk, pb, frozen banana
