Could I have picked a cornier title? Probably not. My sister saw that Crab Meat was on sale at our local market- so clearly we had to buy it to make crabs and spaghetti- my favorite fish of all time. We stopped at a local Italian restaurant called Venturas and bought a .5 lb of Whole Wheat Fettucini
their homemade pasta is AWESOME. it really makes the dish- having homemade pasta.
I can never manage to take a really awesome picture of my food- maybe i need a new camera? i dunno. but anyway this was AWESOME. the pasta sauce was perfecto!!
Today I had to run 3 miles for marathon training. I literally had to drag my butt out the door. I was tired and has ZERO desire to run. isnt it funny how some days you cannot wait to get our of bed and run out the door and then others you wake up and say “oh ill run after work” and then when after work comes you say “okay maybe i wont run today and ill just run on my rest day”… this is exactly what i was saying today- but i decided to just suck it up and get out there and run- afterall it was only a 3 miler. Im glad I ran- it wasnt the best run- but i got the run in and now i feel good! We threw in a couple of random sprints (fartleks) during the run…not many though.
For dessert I had one Dove mini dark chocolate ice cream bar in vanilla… so cute and SO GOOD! perfect if you just want something small for dessert- something to satisfy the sweet tooth haha… these taste like klondike bars
Well- I am gonna get going- reading, shark week, and some food network channel- sounds like a good night to me
haha

hey! dock street is at 50th and baltimore in west philly. they’ve got really good brick oven style pizza, burgers, sandwiches, etc. and they’re also a brewery so they have their own beers. it’s actually right around the corner from my house! i’ve never heard of sprinkles..i don’t go to cherry hill too much. i think last week was the first time i’ve been there in a couple of years actually.

Fresh pasta is the best! That dinner looks awesome! Is that seduction bread on the side?

Isn’t that always the way with running? Either I’m super pumped to get out the door or you need to drag me!
Umm, yeah I LOVE Body Pump! Nice that you get it back at college. I was literally just blabbering on to the boy about how much I couldn’t live without BP – I really value it so much – makes me feel like such a rock star lifting weights! Plus I am TERRIBLE at doing weights on my own – need someone shouting at me!
Have a good night! x

Find the close up option on your camera, should look like a little flower. That should help!

Mmmm. Crab is so tasty. I’ll have to try incorporating it into pasta some time.
