Rain, Rain, Go Away!

Today is cold and rainy :(  I really dont get how the weather can go from crazy hot to this!?  Oh well.  Woke up around 8 and made a bowl of oats…we were very low on fruit so it consisted of 1/2 C oats, banana, raisins, honey, cinnamon, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and some naturally more.  A little while later I had an apple with cinnamon.  Then….. my sister and I got Manicures and Pedicures :)

I went to the food store right after getting my nails done and messed up my fingernails when putting apples in a plastic bag!  I was angry! but I managed to fix it up and it looks fine…im just happy to have nicely groomed nails! haha  Then I came home and ate lunch– salad (spinach leaves, grape tomatoes, carrots, green bell pepper, onion, balsamic vinegar and EVOO) plus a deep chocolate vitatop with some more naturally more!

Then I took my dog to get groomed—she was in need of it!  She is there now– my sister is going to pick her up in a few hours because I am going out to eat with my two friends- Joe and Nick- at an italian place called Pietro’s!  I am excited- it will fun :)  Not sure what I’ll get– they have great brick oven pizza but since its really cold outside soup isnt sounding so bad either haha

    I think if I got a pedicure, it wouldn’t last me more than a day. Haha.

    Oh, I also meant to tell you about the marathon. I’m going to use the Runner’s World Training Program, but I’ll gear it to fit my weekly schedules. I probably won’t start training until about mid-July. I want to do a 16-week program but have a week or two to play with in case of injury or other commitments. So I guess 18 weeks out. What about you?! When are you going to start training?
